company ROSE Security robots captured video details of the attack Trinity Railway Express (TRE) train station

DETROIT, Michigan, Nov. 16, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc., (the Company) (OTCPK:AITX), announced that its CEO, Steve Reinharz, testified at a personal injury hearing on November 15, 2022. The hearing concerned an attack on a Trinity Railway Express (TRE) conductor at Ft. Worth, Texas train station in June of this year. A security robot, manufactured by the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD), captured the attack on video surveillance as it happened.

Steve Reinharz commented, “I expect this type of testimony will only increase over time. RAD’s security solutions are deployed across the country to document and often repel attacks and other intrusions into property. We are excited to be doing our part to keep Texas and the nation safe and secure.”

The company confirmed that a RAD ROSA (Responsive Observation Security Agent) was in position and fully operational at the Transport Authority’s T&P station and recorded details of the attack on the conductor. Video recordings are securely stored on the RAD device and/or the cloud and can be retrieved at the request of the customer or the authorities.

In January 2022, the company announced the successful completion of its SOC 2 exam. SOC 2 compliance has become a benchmark standard in the procurement process of security services. The SOC 2 Criteria and Reporting Principles are described as a means for organizations to create a documented framework of policies and procedures to demonstrate how they manage and secure data and ensure customer privacy is protected and internal communications are appropriate is handled.

“The RAD ecosystem we have created is designed for these situations. We have built in tremendous safeguards for access and security of all recordings by the RAD devices,” Reinharz added. “It’s one of the reasons Trinity Metro and TRE use RAD solutions.”

ROSA is a multi-award-winning, compact, self-contained, wearable security and communications solution that can be deployed in approximately 15 minutes. Like other RAD solutions, a standalone ROSA only requires power, which is provided when configured along with RIO, as it includes all the necessary communication hardware. ROSA’s AI-driven safety analytics include people, firearms, vehicle detection, license plate recognition, responsive digital signage and audio messaging, and full integration with RAD’s software suite’s notification and autonomous response library. Two-way communication is optimized for mobile phones, including live video from ROSA’s dual high-resolution full-color always-on cameras. RAD has published two case studies detailing how ROSA has helped prevent incidents of theft, trespassing and loitering at rental and construction sites across the country.

Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD) is a high-tech start-up that delivers robotics and artificial intelligence-based solutions that enable companies to gain new insights, solve complex security challenges and drive new business ideas at lower costs. RAD has developed its advanced safety robotic technology from the ground up, including circuit board design and base code development. This gives RAD full control over all design elements, performance, quality and user experience of all security robots, whether ROSAAVROAMEORADDOGRioRAD Light My Way, or Tom.
