Pam Oliver interviews Geno Smith after the intense game between the Seattle Seahawks and the Arizona Cardinals.

Selection via FOX Sports NFL Analyst Geoff Schwartz:

It’s a battle of the division leaders in Germany! Exactly how the NFL envisioned it when this game was added to the schedule.

I generally don’t like betting on games played abroad because of the travel elements, the fact that both teams play ‘away’ games and just all the other factors that are different from the usual routines.

However, one team is playing well and has a sustainable path to continued success… and the other team is hurting on one side of the ball.

The Buccaneers offense is broken. Your offensive line and running attack both stink. Tom Brady and his receivers are constantly out of sync. And their play calling is predictable, seriously damaging any chance of sustained success over 60 minutes.

Now Tampa Bay must face an increasingly strong defense from Seattle. They started the season slowly but went into play Sunday against the Cardinals ranked 11th on the DVOA. Then that side of football allowed Arizona just 14 points in a 10-point win.

I don’t think Tampa will score against the Seahawks defense often, and that’s a problem because Seattle should be able to easily score against Tampa.

Yes, Tampa Bay’s defense gets stopped often. But against the better attacks they’ve faced this season, including KC and Baltimore, the Bucs haven’t stopped much.

The Chiefs had 41 and the Ravens had 27 against the Bucs defense. The Seahawks offense was seventh in efficiency before Sunday’s game, and all they did against Arizona was 31 points and 421 yards while completing 67% on third downs.

The Seahawks’ offense is balanced, with Geno Smith at quarterback and rookie Kenneth Walker leading the fast attack. If Tampa can slow Walker down, I have faith Geno can attack Buccaneers secondary.

I think Seattle will win this game straight away.
